To me this quote by Sophocles is saying that winning isn’t everything yes it is a great thing but what matters the most is how you won. Cheating on a game is like cheating on a final. Knowing you cheated is making you feel like you’re no good. But if you fail and know you tried your hardest you will know that you will have to practice harder next time you get the opportunity.
