Reflection: This quote by Joseph Smith is saying that we must concentrate on all the good things or positive things in our life. We should not concentrate on the things that are unsound or not good or negative in our daily life style only the positive. For example people asking you if you want to do drugs is being unsound or not good, Someone who asks you if you would like to study for a test you have is sound and good because you are doing something positive that will help with something else in your life.
