To me this quote by James Freeman Clark is saying that no matter what our actions are good or bad it will follow us until life and death. In other words no matter what we do in our life we will always have it inside us and it will never leave us.

                Car Designer

Duties and Responsibilities: Car designers use product design principles to create practical yet innovative ideas for new automobiles. They often work with engineers to make sure that their designs can be made into functioning automobiles that will appeal to consumers.

Salary: A car designer makes $59,610 a year.

Education: The majority of automotive companies hire car designers with bachelors or master's degrees in product design or automotive design.

I would like to be a car designer because I would like to not make cars but design them to where I think people would want to buy. I’m not the best drawer but I do like cars so I would like to become one because cars take us everywhere literally.

To me this quote is saying that the only way you’re going to be something in life is by doing something in the present to have something happen in your future. You won’t know what your future is going to be but as time goes by you will live a life you deserve. I say this because your actions do matter no matter what the reason is in life.

God bless you variants include God bless or bless you is a common English expression, used to wish a person blessings in various situations, especially as a response to a sneeze, and also, when parting. The practice of blessing someone who sneezes, dating as far back as at least AD 77, however, is far older than most specific explanations can account for. Gregory I became Pope in AD 590 as an outbreak of the bubonic plague was reaching Rome. In hopes of fighting off the disease, he ordered unending prayer and parades of chanters through the streets. At the time, sneezing was thought to be an early symptom of the plague. The blessing “God Bless you” became a common effort to halt the disease.

         Rachel’s Experience  

To me this shows how your past can help you in your future and make good deeds. Also, how your religious beliefs help you in life because like she says she was Christian and she said that in the bible it says not to steal. I believe that was she did was nice and even though she did not get a reward it was nice knowing she did something good, and hopefully in the future she does get rewarded by also how she said a higher power.

To me this quote by Otto Graham, Jr. is saying that any problems you have or any questions you have think what about your actions and how they will affect you and the others around you before you do something you are unaware of.

Health Information Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities: Some of the responsibilities are to help protect the privacy and ensure the accuracy of the patient’s records. They also have to do billing and diagnostic coding.  Most of them work in hospitals or clinics.

 Salary: $34,160 a year

Education: To become one you need an Associate’s degree.

 

Reflection: I would not like to be a Health Information Specialist because if anything goes wrong like if someone loses there records they would have to come to me because I would be in charge.

To me what this little boy did was great. He honored the soldier and also remembered about his father who he had lost 5 weeks after he was born. This story touched me because this boy was kind enough to give the soldier the money he had found to a man he doesn’t know because this man was a United States soldier and he protects or protected us in war. This shows how he honored the soldier and his dad.

     To me this quote by Alexander Pope is saying that to act well your part is to do what is best at any time and if the people you  hang around with tell lies then let them honor there lies by you doing what is right at the situation.

Duties and Responsibilities: To protect the environment, public health, and safety of residents through permit, inspection, consultation, planning, investigation and enforcement activities in a wide variety of program areas include food, housing, water quality, recreational health, land use, site assessment and mitigation, solid waste, hazardous materials and vector control surveillance.

 Salary: $51,292.80 - $62,982.40

Education: Bachelor's degree programs in environmental health and safety prepare students for work in this field.

 

Reflection: I wouldn’t like to be an environmental specialist because yes they make good money but I would not be interested in this kind of job. I would like to have a job that I like to do and pays good.

To me this quote by our first president is saying that choose your friends wisely. For example in his quote he says it’s better to be alone than around company because there choices will affect you in some way. It also is saying that the people you are around is the person you are which I do not believe because the people around you do not make you look like who you actually are.

               Presidents Day

Presidents Day is often known for George Washington being our first president and his birthday. But it is to honor the presidents from the present and the past and also his birthday and for him being the first president. Community celebrations often display a lengthy heritage. To me this quote is saying that the truth is great but half of it is worthless. So in other words right is only right when you tell the whole truth because one lie can change everything from the truth. For example I could tell my mom I threw out  all the trashes but I probably could have only thrown away the kitchens trash and left the other trash.

To me this quote is saying that the only way you’re going somewhere in life is if you know where you want to go. For example, what do you want to be when you grow up and how are you going to be what you want to be. 

       History of Basketball

The person that invented basketball is James Naismith. He invented basketball at Springfield, Massachusetts while working at the YMCA training school. It was invented in 1891. He was conditioning the young athletes during winter. The ball can be thrown in any direction with one or two hands. At the start they used a fruit basket as a hoop. Some of the shots that were taken were the soft lobbing shot. Now we have actual hoops instead of fruit baskets and now we have different types of shots like the jump shot.

         Tanah and Christian  

In this story of Tanahand Christian I think Christian did the right thing. For his father’s actions he took the responsibility and apologized to Tanah. He also gave $250 dollars to Tanah which wasn’t all the money that his father stole but a decent amount. Tanah accepted the money and the apology from Christian but gave the money back to him because he had told her about a trip he wanted to go to for his band and even though she had gotten robbed $700 she was kind enough to let Christian have the money back for his trip.

 To me this quote is saying that the best way to live is by doing good. Doing bad is pretty much worthless and in other words just not smart with your actions in general. Tolstoy is trying to say is that your actions will reward you in what action you choose to do.

               Veterinarian

Duties and Responsibilities: Examine animals to diagnose their health problems, diagnose and treat animals for medical conditions ,treat and dress wounds, perform surgery on animals, test for and vaccinate against diseases, operate medical equipment, such as x-ray machines Advise animal owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments, prescribe medication.

Salary: $84,460 per year, $40.61 per hour

Education: Although not required, most applicants to veterinary school have a bachelor’s degree. To become a Veterinarian they need to take for 4 years with classroom, laboratory, and clinical components.

 

I would not like to be a Veterinarian because I would not like to see animals in pain. Also, because I think I wouldn’t be able to handle the pressure in a surgery to save a dog.

    Western Medicine Doctor

Duties and Responsibilities: Acupuncture, a traditional Chinese medical art practiced for more than 5,000 years, involves inserting fine needles at points on the body's .Acupuncture practitioners treat a wide range of physical and psychological conditions and provide support for patients with chronic diseases.

Salary: $46,536 a year

Education: A Western Medicine Doctor needs a bachelor’s degree and 1,500-2,000 hours of acupuncture training and takes 3-4 years to complete.

 

I would not like to be a Western Medicine Doctor because I would have to waste a lot of time like 2,000 hours and 3-4 years just to become a Western Medicine Doctor.
